YOUR MISSION

Demonstrate proactive commitment to health, safety and environment;

Supervise the team under your responsibility;

Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule);

Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators;

Operate the mixer to mix concrete;

Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer;

Overlook the smooth operation of all operations;

When needed Perform quality control tests;

Operate the loader if required;

Perform all other tasks when required.

YOUR DNA

Being comfortable with various IT software;





Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset);

Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills;

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Bilingual: frequence continuously, intermediate level because must communicate with employees and customers;
