Key Responsibilities:
• Train, manage, and assess Project Managers' performance
• Develop policies and SOPs for project management
• Facilitate project planning and resource identification
• Track project progress and provide monthly status reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder updates
Requirements:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in life sciences or related field
• 12+ years in clinical research and development
• Proven leadership and project management abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
