Fitch is seeking a Credit Analyst Associate Director to cover the REITs sector in a collaborative work setting in Toronto, Chicago, or New York. Leverage your analysis skills to support critical credit ratings.

In this role, you will perform in-depth analysis of credit quality in the REITs and Leisure sectors while leading a sector team at Fitch US Corporates. You will have the opportunity to shape financial assessments and present findings to credit committees. Your contributions will enhance Fitch's influence on the debt capital markets through your analysis and insights in a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis of real estate operating companies
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models




• Present to internal rating committees for strategic insights
• Engage with external investors and media for communication
• Participate in cross-sector credit evaluations

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• CFA/CPA is preferred
• Capital markets or credit analysis experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
