Edgecom Energy is hiring a GTM Engineer (Lead) to architect and run a data-driven demand-gen machine across North America. You will rebuild HubSpot workflows, create a scalable lead-gen engine, and design ABM for large facilities in Ontario, PJM, and Québec.
You will report to the CEO, manage one growth-marketing direct report, and collaborate with sales, product design, and commercial teams to optimize pipeline and attribution. Hybrid work in Toronto area.
