This role reports to the Director of Maintenance, driving effective governance and alignment of the Electrical Engineering Control Plan. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to manage enterprise-wide electrical safety risks and engage various stakeholders effectively to foster compliance. This is a pivotal position impacting both safety and operational excellence at EVR.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance with electrical safety risk management under FHP06
• Maintain the Electrical Engineering Control Plan and standards




• Lead governance frameworks for electrical compliance
• Liaise with Glencore on all electrical matters
• Conduct audits and drive corrective actions across assets

Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Trade Certification
• 12+ years in mining or related sectors
• Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer
• Experience with large-scale program implementation
• Robust understanding of regulatory compliance principles
