This pivotal role reports to the Associate Director of Terminal Infrastructure Reliability, focusing on enhancing the performance of critical airport assets. You will execute reliability initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance strategies, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. Your expertise will be vital in shaping the future of asset management at one of Canada’s busiest transportation hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations and reliability assessments for asset failures
• Analyze maintenance and performance data to identify opportunities
• Implement predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies
• Support asset lifecycle planning and criticality assessments
• Champion reliability practices across various teams
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis and structured problem-solving
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms like Maximo or SAP PM
• Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
