You'll be responsible for budget management, governance frameworks, and the effective delivery of learning programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic leadership for L&D; operations and governance
• Facilitate team growth through effective mentoring
• Manage and report on L&D; budgets




• Foster internal partnerships to identify learning priorities
• Drive continuous improvement in L&D; practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources or equivalent
• 10+ years of leadership experience in L&D;
• Demonstrated large-scale L&D; function management
• Proficiency in budget management and vendor relations
• Exceptional communication and change leadership skills
