In this role, you will focus on delivering enQuesta CIS solutions while working with project teams to understand and analyze client business needs. Your responsibilities will include software configuration, user training, and assisting clients during the implementation phase. This position entails approximately 75% travel across North America, engaging directly with clients throughout various stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct business requirement analysis and documentation
• Configure and test software solutions for seamless implementation




• Facilitate user training in classroom and remote settings
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance project delivery
• Document and support customer-facing initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar in related fields
• 5+ years of CIS experience, familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Proficient in problem-solving and client communication
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Committed to continuous learning in technology
