ComPsych seeks skilled behavioral health professionals to join its Employee Assistance Program network. In this role, providers will deliver brief, strategic sessions targeting workplace anxiety, relationship challenges, and other behavioral health needs. The emphasis is on in-person counseling while adhering to ethical and clinical standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide short-term EAP counseling via in-person sessions
• Conduct clinical evaluations and intake assessments
• Address stress, anxiety, and relationship difficulties




• Ensure accurate clinical documentation across sessions
• Collaborate with intake and authorization processes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
• At least 3 years of post-master’s clinical experience
• Necessary professional accreditation or registration
• Active skilled liability insurance as needed
• Most recent CV or resume submission
