Elevate your expertise in luxury retail as Chanel's Repair & Maintenance Manager in Vancouver. This role combines vendor management, project oversight, and sustainability initiatives.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work closely with various teams to identify, assess, and schedule repair and maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include vendor negotiation, maintaining relationships with contractors, and developing a preventative maintenance strategy focused on sustainability. This full time, fixed-term role lasts six months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather repair needs through end-user reporting and inspections
• Schedule maintenance work with general contractors and artisans
• Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing vendors




• Negotiate processes and ensure competitive pricing
• Execute life cycle analyses for maintenance scheduling

Requirements:
• Design/architecture background with related experience
• Familiarity with architectural plans and local regulations
• Budget management and quote assessment skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Willingness to travel within Canada; French is an asset
