Lead, mentor, and manage Principal Managers while fostering cross-departmental collaboration to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage relationships with identified Principals
• Develop annual principal strategy plans and growth goals




• Perform portfolio gap analysis to initiate new principal activities
• Track and report on monthly performance against plans
• Act as a technical resource for the sales team

Requirements:
• 7+ years in business development or commercial experience
• Knowledge of Industrial Specialties market trends
• Experience managing global principal relationships
• Strong leadership and communication skills
