MongoDB is seeking a senior backend engineer based in Toronto for our hybrid working model. You will design and build scalable backend systems in Java, contribute to an integrated search platform, and lead subsystems with a robust ownership mindset, collaborating across teams.
You will mentor peers, participate in architectural decisions, and help define the roadmap for our distributed cloud services and SaaS offerings, ensuring high reliability and performance in production.
