OnX Canada is hiring a Project Control Officer (PCO) for a 6-month hybrid contract in downtown Toronto. This role focuses on supporting Project Managers in the Capital Markets domain, requiring your expertise on-site.

Ideal candidates will possess strong project control skills and significant experience in Capital Markets. Your role will involve managing project resources, preparing forecasts, and producing regular updates for Finance and Project Managers. Being confident in communication will enable you to work effectively with high-level stakeholders and facilitate productive meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build cooperative relationships within project teams
• Collect and manage comprehensive project data and resources




• Prepare and present resource forecasts for senior management
• Conduct regular project review meetings and track updates
• Handle audit requests promptly and manage project deviations

Requirements:
• Proven track record as a Project Control Officer
• Essential Capital Markets experience
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder interactions
• Strong ability to lead meetings confidently
• Next-level regulatory experience is a bonus
