You will capture current processes, design new workflows, and ensure successful deployments while offering testing support. Your engagement with business and technical stakeholders will be critical, requiring hands-on ServiceNow development experience and expertise in multiple modules.

• Conduct current-state analysis and documentation
• Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions




• Provide support during testing phases and enhancements
• Assist with deployment and production support
• Guide projects from requirements gathering to knowledge transfer

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and GRC modules
• Experience with internal controls and compliance workflows
• API integration expertise required
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
