Key Responsibilities:
• Stand watch as the navigating authority on board
• Ensure the protected and efficient operation of all navigational systems
• Supervise and train junior navigation team members




• Enforce compliance with safety and corporate policies
• Lead emergency response initiatives effectively

Requirements:
• Chief Mate, Near Coastal Certificate or higher required
• Valid Seafarer's Medical certificate mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Commitment to community engagement and support
• Proven leadership qualities in maritime operations
