Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with expertise in manufacturing excellence, project management, reliability engineering, industrial maintenance and mechanical systems.
Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects and influencing strategic outcomes.
Strategic Vision: Robust analytical capabilities with a focus on systems optimization, root cause analysis and long-term value creation.
Bilingual Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts and strategic priorities in both French and English.
Safety & Sustainability Commitment: A proven track record in safe operations and sustainable practices.
Growth Orientation: High initiative, adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
An MBA or eligibility to pursue a company-sponsored MBA will be considered a strong asset.
