This full time position invites candidates experienced in Indigenous consulting, environmental services, or related fields. You will contribute to the development of tailored Indigenous engagement strategies and enhance CIMA+’s consulting capabilities. Collaborating with diverse teams, your role will be pivotal in integrating Indigenous perspectives into complex projects throughout multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish lasting relationships with Indigenous Nations and partners
• Support project teams with Indigenous engagement and consultation




• Create and implement Indigenous Benefits Plans and strategies
• Foster connections with federal and Defence organizations
• Participate in multidisciplinary project execution and strategy

Requirements:
• Extensive background in Indigenous Relations or related fields
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and trust building
• Knowledge of procurement and partnership development
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
• Familiarity with major infrastructure projects preferred
