Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate development of best practice care models
• Assess the effectiveness of patient care and implement improvements

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• Minimum of five years recent clinical experience
