We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full time, permanent role within our busy parts department. Ideal candidates will have prior automotive parts experience and exceptional customer service skills. You’ll look up parts, manage transactions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Look up parts for customers and staff using schematics
• Bill shop orders and process cash/card payments
• Satisfy customer requirements with appropriate parts
• Manage minor complaints with a friendly approach
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock handling

Requirements:
• 1-2 years automotive parts experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Welcoming positive attitude a must
• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
• Competent with computer systems
