This is an exciting prospect to be part of a regionally significant project in the iconic Red Lake gold mining district. The ideal candidates will have a strong safety record, experience with explosives, and a team-oriented approach.

What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of experience as an underground blaster
Certified in the common core program
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detailed knowledge of safe work practices and explosive manufacturers specifications
Experience maintaining blast equipment and records
Proven safe work approach
Pre-employment drug test, alcohol test, and criminal record check
