Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive OCM strategies and tools for change initiatives

• Provide coaching and practical support for project teams
• Embed OCM into project delivery and enterprise strategies
• Manage resistance and measure change adoption across the organization

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management
• Degree in a relevant field like Business or Psychology
• Prosci or Change Management certification preferred
• Experience with structured change management approaches
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
