Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment including snowplow trucks and loaders
• Maintain highways year-round, assisting with repairs
• Lead daily safety toolbox meetings and inspections




• Support Foreperson in planning and meeting milestones
• Monitor crew work quality and safety compliance

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license with air endorsement
• Supervisory experience in highway maintenance required
• Snowplow operation experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing
