In this Director-level position, you'll collaborate directly with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to design and implement the Lean Operating System. Your aim will be to enhance the company's efficiency and reduce waste while engaging with various functions including Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Requirements:
