Become a key player at Omnitrans as a Customs Regulatory Compliance Consultant in Sherbrooke, QC. Provide exceptional consultancy services to help clients ensure compliance with Canadian import laws.

This role requires a deep understanding of Customs regulations, with responsibilities including managing client accounts and advising on compliance initiatives. You'll conduct research, prepare appeals, and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies. Collaboration with sales and training initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary consultant for client customs matters
• Conduct mock audits and provide compliance advice
• Prepare regulatory documentation for appeals
• Participate in client strategy meetings and reviews
• Share knowledge through training for clients and colleagues

Requirements:
• Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS) is a plus
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Customs
• Bilingualism in English and French required
• Robust understanding of international trade
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
