Key Responsibilities:
• Operate flotation cells and reagent pumps efficiently
• Monitor and adjust flow rates and chemical additions
• Respond to abnormal conditions and alarms
• Complete monitoring sheets and shift reports accurately
• Assist with sampling for the Met Lab

Requirements:
• Diploma in process operations or similar
• Minimum 4 years of milling experience, ideally in mineral processing
• 1+ year experience in flotation required
• Knowledge of grinding mills is a plus
• Robust communication and attention to detail
