Dunn Group is looking for a Financial Controller to shape the financial infrastructure across its two Renewable by Andersen locations in the Pacific Northwest. With a high-growth focus, you will oversee accounting functions while creating scalable policies and procedures. This role involves direct collaboration with the CFO and CEO to align accounting strategies with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own full accounting function across BC and Alaska
• Design scalable financial systems and policies




• Develop and coach junior team members
• Build infrastructure for complex marketing investments
• Partner with leadership on cash flow and transaction structure

Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• 7–10 years in accounting and finance leadership
• Cross-border Canada/US accounting experience
• Multi-entity experience required
• Proven record of process building and team development
