As a practicum observer, you will oversee students in their Early Learning Centre placements, mentoring them throughout their journey. Your responsibilities include assessing student performance, delivering meaningful feedback, and documenting their progress to facilitate skill development. This position is geared towards enhancing both student and program success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support students in ELC settings
• Document and monitor student skills and tasks
• Complete reports to track student progression




• Collaborate with staff for final evaluations
• Review and discuss evaluations with students

Requirements:
• 5 years minimum experience as a director or in management
• Certification as ECE III is mandatory
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Adaptable to wide-ranging student needs and schedules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
