Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years' hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Solid knowledge of ITIL and configuration management
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory
• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business field
• Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
