Caron is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator at our Head Office in Sherwood Park.
The Operations Administrator reports to Operations Process Manager and provides administrative support to the Operations Department. This role supports the department with a variety of administrative functions, ensuring corporate standards for quality and accuracy are followed in all data entry, and all appropriate network and paper filing procedures are upheld and project deadlines are met.

2+ years of related experience

Applies critical thinking skills,
recognizing the existence of a problem and brings it to the attention of the necessary parties
Familiarity with telematics systems and learning management systems are an asset
Job Duties
Support managers in achieving operational goals and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.
Administer and support the telematics system, learning management system (LMS), and new driver orientation program.
Assist with driver and equipment utilization, dispatch operations, and vehicle monitoring systems.
Coordinate corporate equipment registration, licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Prepare and maintain reports related to equipment utilization, driver pay, and owner/operator pay.
Deliver training and user support for dispatch operating systems across terminals.
Collaborate with Accounting to resolve driver pay and trip report discrepancies.
Participate in safety, compliance, and regulatory programs while ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
