As a Receptionist, you will support various departmental functions and provide assistance to staff and clients. Your primary responsibilities include managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. With a focus on professionalism, you will ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and handle correspondence efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate and book meetings, ensuring necessary equipment is available
• Type forms, letters,
and reports as required
• Maintain an organized reception area and manage mail distribution
• Assist with data compilation for departmental reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist role
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with multi-line switchboard is a plus
