Become a Recovery Support Staff member with Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada. This position is focused on client support, daily operations, and creating a nurturing environment.

In this vital role, you’ll provide daily supervision to clients and help foster a supportive atmosphere for those in recovery. You will encourage participation in activities, assist with meals and classes, and conduct room checks to ensure a secure space. We value individuals who share our commitment to faith-based recovery and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain program structure through client supervision
• Support daily routines and activities
• Assist with kitchen management and meal coordination
• Respond to emergencies and incidents
• Document client progress and concerns

Requirements:
• Education or experience in addiction services preferred
• Experience in mentoring or residential care
• Valid driver’s license may be needed
• Safe food handling certification required
• Must obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
