O'Dell HVAC Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate and Driver in Toronto. This unique position blends warehouse management and driving, servicing clients across the GTA and beyond.

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by efficiently receiving, packing, and shipping orders while also completing local deliveries. Your ability to maintain an organized workspace and accurately handle inventory will be key to success. Additionally, you are expected to adhere to safety protocols during deliveries within Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe and clean warehouse area
• Verify materials during incoming deliveries
• Pick, pack, and document outgoing shipments
• Load and unload HVAC equipment safely
• Collaborate for improved operations

Requirements:
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Good computer skills, ERP experience a plus
• Robust organizational and communication skills
