About the Position We are looking for a reliable Gravel Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a gravel truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in their equipment, works safely, and can work independently while maintaining a professional attitude.
Responsibilities Safely operate a semi with end dump trailer on public roads and job sites
Haul gravel, sand, aggregate, and other construction materials
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate daily logs and delivery records
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel




Keep the truck clean and report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly
Perform other duties related to trucking and construction operations as required (loader operation)
Qualifications Valid Class 1 driver's licence
Clean and acceptable driving record
Previous gravel, dump truck, or construction hauling experience preferred
Knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and hauling procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Physically capable of performing job-related duties
Strong communication and attention to detail
