As part of our 24/7 operation, this role requires a passion for social services and problem-solving skills to meet the diverse needs of clients. You’ll utilize a database of resources and tools to gauge client needs effectively. Your experience will empower you to offer solutions while advocating for individuals facing inequities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients through various communication channels
• Perform thorough assessments for service matching
• Apply anti-oppressive and trauma-informed support




• Maintain high standards of service quality and empathy
• Adapt to a diverse and rotating work schedule

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in social services or community work
• Familiarity with anti-racism and inclusion principles
• Robust communication and rapport-building skills
• Knowledge of best practices in mental health support
• Bilingual in written and spoken French and English
