We’re looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team in a vibrant Latin American restaurant! Duties:
Keep work areas, equipment, and prep surfaces clean and sanitary, always ensuring safe food handling.
Ensure freshness and quality by checking ingredients, regulating equipment temperatures, and rotating stock.
Prepare and cook a range of foods, following recipes and plating standards for a great guest experience.
Assist with kitchen organization, maintain proper food levels, and communicate inventory needs to the team.
Support fellow team members and adapt to different kitchen tasks as needed,



especially during rush periods.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and special dietary needs.
Skilled in food preparation, knife handling, and kitchen equipment use, with attention to detail and quality.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to organize and manage time well under pressure.
High school diploma required; Culinary Arts degree and Food Protected Certification preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in full-service restaurants.
A valid work permit is required
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Pay: Up to CA$22.00 per hour plus tips
