Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in case planning with clients
• Conduct client interviews to identify needs
• Observe and document client behavior and progress
• Advocate for clients with external organizations
• Provide emotional and life skills support
Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service or Mental Health Worker program
• Two years of related experience required
• Valid BC Driver's License for local travel
• CPR and First Aid certificates needed
• Understanding of the Mental Health Act is essential
