Your analytical mindset and strong communication skills will help identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights, driving the organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on HR program and project implementation
• Conduct data analysis and deliver insightful presentations
• Manage and oversee HR project deliverables
• Develop employee experience metrics and dashboards
• Enhance HR policies and documentation processes

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual in French (advanced) and English (intermediate)
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Proven proactivity and interpersonal abilities
