You will also drive continuous improvement projects and collaborate with equipment suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve manufacturing workflows and tooling
• Monitor project timelines and budget development
• Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning activities




• Support equipment installations and validation
• Execute process capability improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
• Subject matter expert in robotics or welding
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in data analysis and project management tools
