Step into the vital role of Executive Support Administrator at UBC, driving equity initiatives in the Dean of Arts Office. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence academic administration.
In this position, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Associate Dean and Directors, coordinating essential workflows and overseeing strategic plan implementation. Your organizational skills will play a crucial role in maintaining the administrative systems that keep these operations running smoothly. Your work will directly support the Faculty's efforts in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee appointments and administrative workflows
• Maintain accurate records for strategic initiatives
• Coordinate the logistics of key awards programs
• Handle complex correspondence and information requests
• Participate in reception duties and office management
Requirements:
• Two-year post-secondary education and high school diploma
• Four years of relevant administrative experience
• Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work autonomously
