As a Field Technician, you will play a key role within our Service team to ensure functionality and safety of dock and door equipment. Your responsibilities include servicing high-speed doors, completing preventive maintenance, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Your mechanical expertise will drive our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain dock levelers and related components
• Service various overhead and high-speed doors
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks




• Respond to service calls efficiently and professionally
• Document work and communicate findings to customers

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Dock & Door Technician is desired
• Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills
• Basic welding knowledge is an advantage
• Robust time-management and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
