The Lead Scheduler oversees a team to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of instructors, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. By collaborating with department leaders, you will help optimize staff deployment and promote continuous operational improvement, ensuring consistency and quality in processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the scheduling practices of the Schedulers team
• Create and maintain instructors' schedules daily and seasonally
• Work with managers on staff deployment allocation




• Address complex scheduling issues and make staffing decisions
• Foster accountability and service excellence within the team

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's preferred
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in workforce planning or administrative roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Preferred knowledge of Ski & Ride School operations
