The Events Representative will work in Santa’s Workshop and Elf Headquarters, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable visit. Solid interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor are key to supporting operations and assisting with festive activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote The Peak of Christmas programs to guests
• Manage guest check-ins and flow in Santa’s Workshop
• Assist in fundraising through sale of Santa photos




• Ensure Elf Headquarters craft supplies are well stocked
• Communicate effectively and enthusiastically with guests

Requirements:
• Customer service experience, preferably with children
• Flexible availability during the holiday season
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Team oriented with ability to work independently
• Secondary language skills in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
