As an HCA at QEII/Mackenzie Place, you’ll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to assist clients with daily living activities and personal health needs. The role emphasizes building relationships to enhance client outcomes and quality of life throughout their transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal health care needs
• Support activities of daily living effectively
• Collaborate with health care team on care plans




• Observe and report on clients' mood and wellbeing
• Maintain a secure environment for clients and staff

Requirements:
• Active registration as HCA with CLHA
• Proof of Health Care Aide Certificate required within 18 months
• Experience in Seniors' Health is an asset
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training preferred
• Current BLS (CPR) registration is beneficial
