This full time role focuses on the oversight of wastewater treatment operations for a large-scale project. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring chemical dosing and filtration equipment while performing regular checks to maintain operational standards. You will also communicate effectively with management and support environmental sampling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor computerized systems in chemical dosing and treatment
• Fill out daily operations monitoring sheets with precision
• Conduct accurate checks of filtering and clarification equipment
• Perform sample collection and testing to ensure compliance
• Regularly communicate operational statuses with supervisors
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant water treatment experience
• Experience with pumps and wastewater equipment maintenance
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license needed; abstract may be requested
• Knowledge of Indigenous communities is a bonus
