You will collaborate closely with our Estimating Manager and engage with internal teams to analyze critical project scopes. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs for bids
• Review architectural and MEP specifications with precision
• Issue and evaluate RFPs for trade partner quotes
• Attend site visits to assess project risks
• Collaborate in value engineering with project teams
Requirements:
• Field estimation experience is an asset
• Familiarity with tools like Procore and Google Workspace
• Ability to interpret complex construction documents
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication abilities with subcontractors
