As a freelance developer, you will design curricula that incorporate Indigenous knowledge and community priorities. Your focus will be on creating engaging content and workshops that foster holistic learning experiences. Adaptability and effective communication are essential as you navigate collaborations with educators and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and develop K-12 curricula rooted in Indigenous culture
• Support holistic growth through developmentally appropriate practices
• Engage in professional development workshops for educators




• Participate in collaborative meetings with Learning Bird team
• Travel as needed to connect with communities for curriculum insights

Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent education experience
• Experience in K-12 settings, especially with Indigenous communities
• Strong presentation and networking skills
• Proven organizational competence
• Willingness to travel to remote Indigenous communities
