As part of the Mountain Operations team, you will support the Duty Managers and supervise mountain crew staff, ensuring a safe and exceptional guest experience. This role requires adept leadership and a passion for outdoor activities, particularly during the winter season.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations across mountain attractions
• Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are followed
• Train and supervise staff to uphold service excellence
• Manage temporary events and setup requirements
• Perform basic maintenance on attraction equipment

Requirements:
• Experience working outdoors in winter conditions
• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license is required
• Mechanical knowledge and skills preferred
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented with a robust communication focus
