Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: Experience an asset Tasks Load, unload and transport construction materials Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
