Job Title: IAM SME Location: Mississauga, Ontario (ON) Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience: 8 10 Years Job Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 8 10 years of experience in enterprise authentication, identity management, and security operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in RSA SecurID Authentication Manager and Okta Identity Cloud , with proven experience supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and enterprise identity integrations.

Key Responsibilities Administer RSA SecurID Authentication Manager, including installation, upgrades, backups, replicas, and system health monitoring Manage the complete RSA token lifecycle, including hardware and software token provisioning, replacement, resynchronization, and Personal Identification Number (PIN) policy enforcement Integrate RSA with Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), web applications, and Citrix using RADIUS, LDAP, and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Configure and support authentication and identity integrations across enterprise environments Apply strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals, including MFA, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Domain Name System (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP),



and firewall ports Troubleshoot authentication and IAM issues through log analysis and incident resolution Maintain operational documentation and coordinate with vendors when required Administer Okta Identity Cloud, including Okta Universal Directory, Workforce Identity, Lifecycle Management, and the administrative console Configure and manage SSO, MFA, and authentication policies Implement adaptive risk-based authentication and passwordless authentication flows Support Okta Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Configure Org2Org Connector and routing rules Follow IAM security best practices and support continuous improvement of identity services Required Qualifications 8 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related security technologies Strong hands-on experience with RSA SecurID Authentication Manager Expertise in RSA token lifecycle management Strong experience with Okta Identity Cloud and Okta Universal Directory Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, 2FA, and authentication policies Experience with RADIUS, LDAP, and SAML integrations Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, NTP, firewall ports, and security fundamentals Experience troubleshooting authentication issues and analyzing system logs Strong documentation, communication, and vendor coordination skills Key Skills Identity and Access Management (IAM), RSA SecurID, Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Universal Directory, Workforce Identity, Lifecycle Management, SSO, MFA, 2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, SAML, CIAM, Org2Org Connector, Adaptive Authentication, Passwordless Authentication, Network Security Job Type: Full Time
