In this position with Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit, you'll help drive efficiency and quality in our manufacturing processes. We require flexibility for shift rotations that include days, afternoons, and midnights. Your main tasks will include production support, quality inspections, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in operating extrusion and coating machinery
• Safely cut and package products per order specifications
• Conduct quality checks on finished heat shrink sleeves




• Maintain cleanliness and organization following 5S standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED necessary
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not needed
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• Ability to adapt to shifting work hours
